1. The classes take place in Dublin City Centre (10 min walk from Grafton Street) in Temple Bar, in Friarsland Fitness & Leisure Complex in Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, across the road from the Mosque and in Taney Parish Centre, Dundrum, Dublin 16 and in Foxrock Parish Centre, Dublin 18. We offer also One to One Pilates in your home. In-house corporate classes are also available. return to top 2. Your Health-Investment for an eight week Pilates course is €115-125, depending on the venue. return to top 3. Most courses runs for eight weeks. The courses are occasionally a bit shorter e.g. before/around Christmas, Easter or public holidays. The classes take one hour. return to top 4. For a current timetable click here. return to top 5. For a current timetable click here. return to top 6. All you need is normal gym, fitness or workout gear. E.g. track suit bottoms or shorts, a t-shirt. Most venues have mats, but you could bring your own stretching, yoga mat if you have one. return to top 7. Drop Ins are possible for Intermediate or Advanced classes. return to top 8. To book a place you need to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of €50. return to top 9. The deposit can either be paid at the reception in Friarsland Health & Leisure Complex in Clonskeagh, across the road from the mosque, in Dublin Nutri Centre, 28 South William Street, Dublin 2 or you can post a cheque to Fitnecise Coaching, 48 Mount Eagle Grove, Leopardstown, Dublin 18. return to top 10. No, you don’t need to be fit to take part in a class. The class is there to get you fit. return to top 11. Yes, there are men in the classes. In the last year or so more and more men have been attending Pilates classes. Saying this the majority of participants are still women. There might be two to four men in a class with twelve participants. return to top 12. The number of participants in a class varies, depending on the size of the venue.
