Pilates Classes Start early, mid March in South Dublin

Elena and myself are re-starting our March Pilates Classes in the next two weeks:

  1. Core’Dero Pilates Classes with Elena
    Take place in South William Street in the heart of Dublin.

    Pilates Class Levels include
    1. Beginners Pilates
    2. Intermediate Pilates
    3. Advanced Pilates

    3. Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced Pilates
    4. Equipment based Pilates e.g. Pilates Rings, Foam Rollers,

New Pilates Classes start Wednesday 7th November in South Dublin – Churchtown

A quick note – to let you know that we are re-starting our Wednesday Pilates and Fitness Classes in our new Fitnecise Studio in Churchtown, just above Howards Way Restaurant (the entrance is to the left of Howards Way).

The last set of Pilates Classes before Christmas (yes – we are already getting closer to that time of the year) will run for 7 weeks, up to Christmas week.

Classes commence:

1.  7th November – 6pm – Beginners Pilates Level

2. 7th November – 7.15pm – Intermediate to Advanced Pilates Level

3. 7th November – 8.30pm – Men Only Core Strength – Pilates – Flexibility Combination Class

 

All classes are open to all ages.  You should have done Pilates for a while before joining an progression Pilates or Intermediate / Advanced Pilates class.

Fitnecise – Pilates Studio Section moved to Churchtown one week earlier 30th October 2012

New Fitnecise Studio opens a week early 30th October 2012 in 11 Braemor Road, Chruchtown Dublin 14Some of you might have been aware that we were on the move over the weekend. We moved our studio from Nutgrove Office Park to Churchtown Village, 11 Braemor Road – just above Howards Way Restaurant.

Our Pilates and other Fitness Classes in Churchtown will commence in the new venue tomorrow 30th October 2012.

We will introduce various other fitness, exercises classes and other health and well being related services over the coming weeks and months.

New Pilates Studio in Churchtown, South Dublin will open 5th November 2012

We are opening our – New – Fitnecise Studio in Churchtown – Dublin 14, 16 in South Dublin on Monday 5th November 2012.

Additional classes like various Yoga styles will be introduced later this year. Early 2013 we are going to offer Kettelbell Classes and might introduce TRX classes as well, beside the already existing classes e.g. Pilates, Morning Fitness Classes, Circuit Training, Men Only Core – Strength – Pilates Classes, Legs – Bum Tums, Prenatal Fitness Classes etc.

Mens – Core Strength – Pilates Combo Classes start 23rd, 25th July in South Dublin

Mens Pilates and Core Strength Exericise Classes in South Dublin, Rathfarnahm Dundrum Marlay Park Chruchtown area with Martin Luschin Fitnecise CoachingMy last set of – Men Only – Pilates – Core Strength Combination Classes before September will start Monday 23rd and Wednesday 25th July 2012 in the Fitnecise Studio in South Dublin – Nutgrove Office Park, Unit F1, Rathfarnham.

Classes take place 8.30pm-9.30pm and combine various general Core Strength Exercise and Pilates Exercises. You will be introduced to various small Gym and Pilates Equipment throughout the course.

Pilates classes courses in south Co Dublin Ireland Studio Nutgrove Shopping Centre Rathfarnham -close Dundrum Leopardstown Sandyford Terenure Rathmines 2 I’m going to start a new set of Men Only Pilates and Core Strength Classes next week – Monday 12th and Wednesday 14th March 2012.

Classes take place at 8.30pm-9.30pm in Fitnecise Studio – South Dublin, Dublin 14 – Nutgrove Office Park – Unit F1 and run for 8 weeks.

The class combines
1. Core Strength Exercises – often used in sport clubs, gyms and fitness studios
2. Pilates Exercises e.g. Single Leg Stretch, Roll Back, Leg Pull Prone/Supine – Plank
3. Flexibility and Mobility Exercises

to increase general strength, suppleness, flexibility preventing injuries or helping you recover from injury, allowing you to tone up and get a leaner and stronger.
