A quick note – to let you know that we are re-starting our Wednesday Pilates and Fitness Classes in our new Fitnecise Studio in Churchtown, just above Howards Way Restaurant (the entrance is to the left of Howards Way).
The last set of Pilates Classes before Christmas (yes – we are already getting closer to that time of the year) will run for 7 weeks, up to Christmas week.
1. 7th November – 6pm – Beginners Pilates Level
2. 7th November – 7.15pm – Intermediate to Advanced Pilates Level
3. 7th November – 8.30pm – Men Only Core Strength – Pilates – Flexibility Combination Class
All classes are open to all ages. You should have done Pilates for a while before joining an progression Pilates or Intermediate / Advanced Pilates class.

The 1-2-1 private Pilates Classes, Fitness Training sessions (value €50-75) and the Pilates or Core Strength Course will take place in our Fitnecise Studio in South Dublin, Dublin 14/16 beside the Nutgrove Shopping Centre in the Nutgrove Office Park where the old Homebase used to be – close to Dundrum, Rathfarnham and Churchtown.

Saturday Morning: Pilates Mixed Level
This might range from pure Beginners up to Advanced using various Pilates equipment depending on the class participants and their previous Pilates experience. _
Saturday Lunchtime Conditioning and Circuit + Core Strength Combo Class
40min – Conditioning and Circuit Class – we use different equipment like, weights bench, rowing machine, chin-up bar, dumb bells, kettlebells, gymballs, resistance bands, gym sticks, medicine balls etc. _
15-20min – Core Conditioning
I will stop teaching on Thursday night, but might consider running a Pre-natal, Pregnancy Yoga or Pilates class if I can find a instructor – Please let me contact me if you know of a Pregnancy Maternity Yoga or Pilates Class instructor.

We are starting our next set of Pilates Classes during the week of Monday 5th September 2011.
You can now avail off a new Monday Morning Pilates Class 9.45am-10.45am (starting Monday 12th September 2011) in our Fitnecise Studio in South Dublin – Dublin 14 – 16. This means there are going to be four Mid Morning Pilates Classes available to choose from.
