Beginners Pilates in south Dublin – End April 2015

Join our Beginners Pilates Class starting Thursday 30th April, 2015 at 11am with Dagmara.

If you have never done Pilates before, this class has a maximum of 7 participants which guarantees you an easy learning environment with individual attention.

Even if you have done a little Pilates before, this course will get you back into the swing of things. It will strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, tone your muscles and reduce back pain. Come away from the class each time feeling energised and relaxed.

6 weeks course for €75, cash or cheque, running consecutively.

7 participants maximum

11am Thursdays, starts 30th April, 2015

We will start a new set of Prenatal Pilates Classes and Courses in our Fitnecise Studio in Churchtown Village on Wednesday 3rd September 2014.
(There is one place left in the current Wednesday 7pm-8pm class and there are six places left in the current 8.15pm-9.15pm class.)

Classes take place:
1. Wednesday 7-8pm.
2. Wednesday 8.15-9.15pm
in Churchtown, South Dublin, Fitnecise Studios, above Howard’s Way restaurant/cafe, beside SuperValu.

There is a maximum of 6 participants per class, various small fitness and exercise equipment is provided, e.g. Gym/Swiss Balls, Pilates Rings etc.. You only have to bring is yourself and your Pilates mat or Yoga mat (we have mats for €20 in case you need one).


1. Bookings: Pre-Booking essential as places are limited
2. Small Classes – Number of Places: max. 6 participants per class
3. Cost:
3.1. – 6 week course – €100
3.2. Drop-Ins, Pay-As-You-Go for €20 possible once you
_ __ have done at least one 6 week Prenatal Pilates course.
4. Pre-Requirement
__ – Participants must be at lest 12 weeks pregnant.

New Pilates Classes start Wednesday 7th November in South Dublin – Churchtown

A quick note – to let you know that we are re-starting our Wednesday Pilates and Fitness Classes in our new Fitnecise Studio in Churchtown, just above Howards Way Restaurant (the entrance is to the left of Howards Way).

The last set of Pilates Classes before Christmas (yes – we are already getting closer to that time of the year) will run for 7 weeks, up to Christmas week.

Classes commence:

1.  7th November – 6pm – Beginners Pilates Level

2. 7th November – 7.15pm – Intermediate to Advanced Pilates Level

3. 7th November – 8.30pm – Men Only Core Strength – Pilates – Flexibility Combination Class


All classes are open to all ages.  You should have done Pilates for a while before joining an progression Pilates or Intermediate / Advanced Pilates class.
